This package is designed for couples who have taken the lead in planning their wedding details and now want the peace of mind of having a professional ensure everything runs seamlessly. As your coordinator, I’ll step in to manage logistics, oversee vendors, and handle all the moving parts of your ceremony and reception. My goal is to free you from the time-consuming details so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your wedding day.
I’ll assist with setting up your personal décor, keep the day on schedule, and make sure your items are packed up and placed in your designated car at the end of the evening.
Includes:
Six Planning meetings
One walkthrough at your wedding venue (~2–3 months out)
Access to your personal Wedding Planning Portal (following walkthrough)
Customized timelines and layouts for your event
Distribution of timelines and layouts to all vendors
1-hour coordinated ceremony rehearsal
Full day-of coordination & event management
Gratuity/tipping guidelines for vendors
Complete wedding day management — overseeing setup, vendor logistics, timeline execution, and teardown

It’s designed for those who want to plan their own wedding (or special event!) but need more support than my Month-Of Coordination provides.
I will keep you organized, confident, and excited every step of the way—so you can enjoy the journey and celebrate stress-free!
Planning sessions, wedding design, along with day-of coordination and full event management is devoted to you.

Planning support starting at booking
Monthly video meetings (upon request and availability)
Vendor recommendations and contract review (client responsible for booking vendors)
Access to wedding planning portal
Planner management of rentals (client responsible for design, florals, and décor selections)
Venue walkthrough for preliminary layouts and timeline review
Vendor communication beginning 3 months before the wedding
Full coordination of all vendors on the wedding day
